FTP with your browser

To connect to your website via your web browser, complete the following steps:

1. Open you browser. (ie. Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator, etc...)
2. Enter ftp://yoursite@yoursite.com in the address bar.
3. When prompted, enter yoursite@yoursite.com for the username and your password for the password. (the username is the same as your cpanel login)
4. If everything went successfully, you should now see these folders: cgi-bin, public_ftp, public_html, etc...
5. Now drag, drop, or copy and paste your files into the directory you prefer from your computer.

If you are on a dedicated IP and not a shared IP, complete the following steps:

1. Open you browser. (ie. Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator, etc...)
2. Enter ftp://yoursite@yoursite.com in the address bar.
3. When prompted, enter yoursite for the username and your password for the password. (the username is the same as your cpanel login)
4. If everything went successfully, you should now see these folders: cgi-bin, public_ftp, public_html, etc...
5. Now drag, drop, or copy and paste your files into the directory you prefer from your computer.
