Make
sure you have named the page you want to first show up when a user types
in your domain name to index.html. You may use other extensions such
as .php, .htm, .shtml etc.. Your homepage must be named index
in all lower case regardless of the extension being used.
Make
sure that you are uploading your files to the public_html
directory.
If
DNS has been updated you will be able to see your site by pointing your
browser to http://www.yourdomain.com. Otherwise you
may view it by using http://IPaddress/~username.
**Remember
to replace the IP address with the one sent to you in your activation
email. Also replace username with your username.
